Please be advised, the Hokulani Tower at the Honua Kai Resort & Spa is currently undergoing painting maintenance work and is estimated to be completed by the end of this month (February 2023).  Afterwards, the Konea Tower will undergo painting maintenance work. 

As this is a very large resort, the hotel is anticipating that this work will not affect guests stay on property as all services and facilities continue to be available.

This project is estimated to be completed by end of December 2023.

All stays are subject to a Mandatory Cleaning Charge one time per room per stay, paid locally

Suite = $270 USD | 1 Bedroom = $330 USD | 2 Bedroom = $390 USD | 3 Bedroom = $600 USD | Royal Collection & Luana Garden Villas = $660 USD plus applicable local taxes (all charges are subject to change without notice). 

Clients that wish their unit cleaned daily, or otherwise will be subject to additional charges
